This 2-day preparatory course is designed to help participants understand the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and become certified SAFe Practitioners. The course covers essential topics, including an introduction to SAFe, building and executing agile teams, planning and executing iterations, and becoming a certified SAFe Practitioner.

Day 1: Introduction to SAFe and Building Agile Teams

- Connect with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Explore Lean, the Agile Manifesto, and SAFe Principles.
- Identify Scrum, Kanban, and Quality Practices.
Module 2: Building an Agile Team
- Build your Agile team.
- Explore the roles of Scrum Master and Product Owner.
- Meet the teams and people on the SAFe train.
Module 3: Planning the Iteration
- Prepare the Backlog for the iteration.
- Plan the iteration effectively.
Day 2: Executing the Iteration, PI, and Certification Preparation

- Measure and manage the flow of work.
