Eligibility Criteria

Participant Eligibility

To be eligible for participation, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Citizenship: Must be a Singapore Citizen (SC) or Permanent Resident (PR).
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Educational Qualifications: Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Possess 1-2 years of experience in software development, preferably within a service delivery environment.

Company Eligibility

To qualify, companies must meet the following requirements:

  • Employment Offer: Must provide full-time employment with a fixed monthly salary of at least $3,500.
  • Legal Status: Must be legally registered or incorporated in Singapore.
  • Documentation: A recent ACRA Business Profile (dated within 6 months of the grant application) must be submitted.

To Qualify for the Grant

  • Legal Status

    The applicant must be legally registered or incorporated in Singapore. This includes companies, societies, and non-profit organizations such as charities and social service agencies.

  • Ineligible Entities

    NTUC-ARU departments, including the NTUC Administration and Research Unit (ARU)'s Skills Development Department, are not eligible. Government bodies, Statutory Boards, and Organs of State are excluded from placement programs.

  • Compliance

    The grant applicant and its related companies involved in the training program must not be blacklisted by Workforce Singapore (WSG).

  • Required Documentation

    Job Description and Company Declarations are required, including the latest ACRA Business Profile dated within six months of the grant application. If relevant, the latest ROS Annual Return or ROS Search obtained from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) website must also be submitted.


FINANCIAL SUPPORT

Our Financial Support Structure

Salary Support

  • Standard: 70% of the monthly salary during CCP training (below age 40), $3,500 - $5,500 monthly.
  • Enhanced: 90% of the monthly salary during CCP training for experienced professionals (age 40 and above), $3,500 - $5,500 monthly.

Course Fee Subsidy

  • Standard: Up to 70% of the course fees.
  • Enhanced: Up to 90% of the course fees.
